Here are the general terms of service for Recharge Profit Limited:

Introduction

Recharge Profit Limited ("we," "us," or "our") provides a bills and payments platform (the "Service") that allows users to pay bills, make transactions, and participate in a referral program. By registering for the Service, users agree to these Terms of Service.

Registration and Payment

Users must pay a registration fee to access our Service.

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their registration information as these will be used in one way or the other to reach out to the user.

Users are expected to have read and understood how we operate before registering on our website. And so, Payments are final. There's no refund once payment has been made.

Upon registration, users are given back 20% of their sign up fee. This is subject to review going forward.

Marketing Emails

By submitting your email address, you consent to receiving marketing emails from us. We will send you promotional emails about our services and products. You can opt-out of receiving marketing emails at any time by contacting us.

This Email will also be used in reaching out to you should the company need to pass any information.

Service Pricing

We reserve the right to determine at any given time, the price to fix for each of the services we provide.

These prices are subject to review at any point.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • - Access and correct your information
  • - Request deletion of your information
Commissions

We pay commissions to our users for using our website for their bills and payments transactions. These commissions are subject to review and also, depend on the package a user signs up to.

Our referral commissions are also in agreement to these commission terms.

Fraud Disclaimer

We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from fraudulent activities by individuals or entities posing as our representatives.

Users must report any suspicious activities to us immediately via fraud@rechargeprofit.com

Funding Wallets

We allow users to fund their wallets by paying to the virtual account number on their dashboard. This is a safe and secured means.

Users are responsible for any error they may make with these virtual accounts. So we encourage users to confirm the account number before making a payment into it as these are virtual accounts and may change at any point.

Transaction Delays

Our system strive to process transactions promptly, but delays may occur due to various reasons that may include server issues or your network issues.

Users acknowledge that receiving value for their transactions may take longer than expected.

Fees

We may charge fees for certain services or transactions, such as processing fees or convenience fees. Before a transaction is completed, you shall be notified of any fee that may come with it.

Withdrawals

Users are allowed to request for a withdrawal of their commission balance. The minimum withdrawal is 5,000 Naira and we process withdrawals every Friday.

Users are responsible for the bank account details they provide. Recharge Profit Ltd won't be liable to payments made to a wrong bank account.

We pay only to Nigeria Bank accounts including Opay, Palmpay and the likes.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account or restrict your access to our service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time. No refund shall be issued.

Referral Program

The referral program allows users to earn rewards for inviting new users to the Service.

These rewards are based on your registration package.

Rewards are subject to change or termination at our discretion.

Point Value(PV)

Your Points MUST NOT come from just one downline. They must be from 3 different downlines under you. And must be in the ratio of:

  • 40:40:20
  • 40:35:25
  • 40:30:30

This means that if you accumulate 10,000 Point Value (PV). One of your downlines MUST give you 40% of your 10,000 PVs being 4,000 PV.

And then any other 2 of your downlines can give you, in no order, the rest of the Points.

  • 30% : 30%
  • Or,
  • 35% : 25%

etc..

This is to promote GOOD LEADERSHIP in Recharge Profit and not for uplines to sign up people without guiding them to success too.

You're also permitted to have yourself as these 3 persons meaning you're FREE to register more than 1 account on Recharge Profit.

User Responsibilities

Users must use the Service for legitimate purposes only.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

Our liability is limited to the amount of the registration fee paid by the user.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 🇳🇬

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time.

Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms of Service regularly.

  • - Modify or exploit our content or services
  • - Violate security measures or engage in illegal activities
